Salem Villa Villas

Overview

Salem Village HOA has been established as a not-for-profit corporation by the State of Florida. The association is governed by Documents of Incorporation and is a deed-restricted HOA community. The Board of Directors is responsible for interpreting and setting guidelines based on the Documents and the Florida Statues regulating HOA’s.

Salem Village homeowners are members of two Associations: Ridgemoor Master Association and Salem Village Association. (Salem Village’s legal name is Salem Square II HOA.)

Ridgemoor Master Association

The Ridgemoor Community is composed of seventeen individual associations, and over 1,100 residential units. The Ridgemoor Master Association’s responsibilities include:

  • Care of the entrances and gates for each association
  • Landscaping of the common areas, maintenance of the recreation area, and maintenance of the ponds.

The current monthly assessment for the Ridgemoor Master Association members is $70.00 per month for each residential unit.

Salem Village Association

The current monthly assessment for the Salem Village Association members is $304.00 per month for each residential unit.
