Salem Village is a villa community comprised of families, retired senior, working professionals, and the unique Florida Species known as "Snow-Bird". It is located within the master community of Ridgemoor, in the Palm Harbor, East Lake area of Pinellas County. Salem Village features 151 attractive villas, with tile roofs, all tucked away in a charming, gated, Palm Harbor neighborhood.

This website is for the use of Salem Village residents and is dedicated to providing information concerning the community and it's affairs. Other website visitors are encouraged to learn a little bit about our community.

***SALEM VILLAGE POOL UPDATE*** - Effective Friday, May 22nd, the pool will be open regular operating hours of 8am - 8pm daily. The maximum capacity is still at 50% per the County Order in place which is 12 individuals at any given time.

As a reminder, strict caution should still be a high priority on everyone’s part as we navigate through these times. The Board has developed Pool Behavior Guidance Rules with the help of an attorney that will keep everyone as safe as possible in a very measured and thoughtful way for everyone’s best interests and health. Please adhere to these new pool behavior guidance rules for your safety as well as others.

NOTE: All who enter the pool area do so AT THEIR OWN RISK!

Therefore, with all of that in mind, below are the “new pool behavior guidance rules” that should be followed. NOTE: All pool rules that were in place prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic are still in place and should be followed at all times. 1. New hand sanitizing stations are installed inside the Cabana area – PLEASE USE THEM! 2. Both Restrooms are equipped with antibacterial soap and disposable paper towels – PLEASE USE THEM! 3. Restrooms and pool deck areas are equipped with disinfectant sprays/ wipes – PLEASE USE THEM! 4. Social Distancing is MANDATORY – Pool chairs/lounges should be kept a minimum of 6 ft. apart. 5. Self-Monitoring of good hygiene practices is MANDATORY as the pool is not monitored when open. 6. You must use a towel on all chairs and lounge chairs 7. All trash (paper towels/disinfectant wipes) MUST go in trash receptacle 8. No groups of more than 10 people and no more than fifty (50%) percent of posted pool capacity at any time - that’s 12 people only at this time 9. All Owners/Tenants who utilize the pool/cabana area while open during modified hours will be doing so AT THEIR OWN RISK.

Pool behavior guidance rules are also posted at the pool and sent to all Owners. Safety of yourself and others is our utmost priority at this time. We appreciate your continued cooperation. Stay safe & healthy & enjoy the pool!

LIGHT HOUSE ENGINEERING - As previously shared, we have obtained an engineering report of our roads/infrastructure that will be reviewed this year. No plans have been made for any work at this time.

CELL TOWER - Just a reminder to all residents that this cell tower project is being managed by Condominium Associates for Ridgemoor Master Association. Recently, a schedule of the Ridgemoor Master Association board meetings was sent out in the Ridgemoor News by US Mail to all of Ridgemoor.

HOLIDAY TRASH PICK UP SCHEDULE - The following is a list of observed holidays with our waste/trash company where there will be NO pick up: New Years Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day

TRASH & RECYLING PICK UP - Just a reminder to please put trash and recycling out 6pm or later the day prior to trash/recycling pick up. Also, all trash must be stored in a covered trash can (no bags please for the wildlife to make a mess with)

Meeting Notices

HOA Board Meeting - Salem Village Homeowners Assoc Board Meeting will be held at the Pool Cabana on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. Notices and agendas are placed on the bulletin boards at the front gate and at the pool area.

*HOA BOARD MEETING* - Until further notice our 2nd Tuesday of the month meetings have been cancelled.
