Salem Village is a villa community comprised of families, retired senior, working professionals, and the unique Florida Species known as "Snow-Bird". It is located within the master community of Ridgemoor, in the Palm Harbor, East Lake area of Pinellas County. Salem Village features 151 attractive villas, with tile roofs, all tucked away in a charming, gated, Palm Harbor neighborhood.

This website is for the use of Salem Village residents and is dedicated to providing information concerning the community and it's affairs. Other website visitors are encouraged to learn a little bit about our community.


Announcements Announcements

RECYCLING - Blue 18 gallon recycle bins have been delivered to each villa by our trash company. Pick-up will be as follows: TRASH PICK UP SERVICE TUESDAY AND FRIDAY - there is no change to our current service; RECYCLE SERVICE WEDNESDAY ONLY BEGINNING WEDNESDAY 10/18/19. See RECYLING GUIDELINES for what can be put out.

RECYCLING GUIDELINES - We can accept plastics, #’s 1-5 and #7, glass, aluminum and paper/cardboard. Containers must be cleaned out prior to adding them to your recycle bin. **Recycling guidelines prevent us from taking plastic bags. Waste Connections does not take recycling directly at our site.

SALEM VILLAGE LIMITED PROXY FORMS - Due to popular demand, several people have asked about a drop off box for the proxy forms for our annual meeting. A box will be placed in Donna's driveway for those that want to submit the form that way. Please submit as soon as possible so we can have most of the proxy forms counted in advance of the meeting. You are also welcome to scan your signed form and email it directly over to gflowers@elitepms.com

HOA MULCHING - Mulching throughout community is complete. If you are a homeowner that requested a proposal for additional mulching around your property - the landscape company will be coming around for that soon. Once the information is received confirmation from the company as to when, it will be passed on to you.

NEW PLANTS AND SOD - Many homes had new palms/ plants installed recently. The HOA cannot add additional irrigation for single plants. Please remember to water the new plants every other day until they are established which usually is about 30 days.

PROOF OF INSURANCE - As described in the annual meeting mailing, proof of insurance is required every January for ALL HOMEOWNERS. If you want to drop a copy of that in the box as well - Donna will scan the doc over to Elite Property Management for you as well. You are also welcome to scan your proof of insurance and email it directly over to gflowers@elitepms.com

WASTE CONNECTIONS - LARGE TRASH PICK-UPS - For large trash pick-ups, homeowners should contact our trash company, Waste Connections at 727-572-6800 to schedule the pick up. PLEASE NOTE: this is at the homeowner's expense.

HOLIDAY TRASH PICK UP SCHEDULE - The following is a list of observed holidays with our waste/trash company where there will be NO pick up: New Years Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day

LIGHT HOUSE ENGINEERING - We have contracted with this company to do a review/report of our entire infrastructure in the neighborhood including roads, sewers and sidewalks. You will see them in here over the next 30 days.

LANDSCAPING - Beginning in September, the entire neighborhood will have detail service done on the 3rd Thursday of each month (weather permitting of course). Our mowing day will remain on Wednesdays (we will be changing to bi-weekly soon).

Meeting Notices

HOA Board Meeting - Salem Village Homeowners Assoc Board Meeting will be held at the Pool Cabana on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. Notices and agendas are placed on the bulletin boards at the front gate and at the pool area.
